Help & Frequently Asked Questions
Wiremob is a free public mobile media forum. Words are cheap. Fortunately, so are camera phones.
Create an account (or post to the public account pix@wiremob.com). After signing up, wiremob will message a special passcode to your mobile phone to confirm your account. Then, from your phone, simply email attached photos or videos to user-passcode@wiremob.com. If you're really smart, you'll create an address book entry so you don't have to keep entering in the email address every time you want to post.
Please do not post nudity. The United States Government has strict regulations on how nudity can appear on websites with regard to the subject's age verification.
Perhaps. However, the Wiremob helper-monkeys reserve the right to delete your post(s) if you freak them out. You won't get banned unless you repeatedly freak them out.

"Mob" is a clever name for "Group." Just email user-pass-mobname@wiremob.com to assign your post to a private mob. Public mobs can be posted to by simply emailing mobname@wiremob.com. Registration is not required to post to a public mob.
Send an image to username-passcode-me@wiremob.com to set/update your profile image.

Because they're evil. Verizon adds about 10 lines of text advertising their website to each email you send from your phone. What's worse; you pay for these messages, yet they still think they can append the ad. Bogus! Call and complain.
